　　2007.07-now: I work at Centre for Agricultural Resources Research, Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, CAS 

　　I have been studying the salt tolerance of plant, especially on coastal areas. In 2009, we found that frozen saline water irrigation (FSWI) in winter is an effective way to improve and utilization the soil of coastal areas, such as, Bohai rim. On the basis of FSWI technology, I am interested in studying the mechanism of plant adaptability under salt gradient distribution conditions, especially focus on the salt-avoidance tropism growth of root.
